QHP Reference Information

The Qualified Health Plan Enrollee Experience Survey (QHP Enrollee Survey) is a survey that measures member experience with QHPs offered in the Marketplaces. An independent, HHS-approved group surveys Molina members each year.

Molina uses this member feedback to assess how happy our members are with Molina and the care they get from doctors. Molina’s goal is to have each plan reach or exceed the Molina national average score.
