Notice of Conduent Data Breach
Molina Healthcare (“Molina”) recently received notification from Conduent Business Services, LLC (“Conduent”) of a data breach. Conduent, a vendor and business associate of Molina, provides credit balance auditing services for certain Molina providers. The incident involved the protected health information of some Molina members. The Qualified Health Plan Enrollee Experience Survey (QHP Enrollee Survey) is a survey that measures member experience with QHPs offered in the Marketplaces. An independent, HHS-approved group surveys Molina members each year.
Molina uses this member feedback to assess how happy our members are with Molina and the care they get from doctors. Molina’s goal is to have each plan reach or exceed the Molina national average score.
